Multi layer circuit board wiring strategy: The key wiring layer should be adjacent to the ground plane, and the power layer should be adjacent to the ground layer with a small distance. The projection of the wiring layer should be within its reflow plane layer area, avoiding adjacent wiring layers as overlapping projections can cause noise coupling. High frequency signals should travel between two planar layers. The power plane should be inwardly contracted to the adjacent ground plane, and the main working power plane should be adjacent to its ground plane. When there is no ≥ 50MHz signal line in the TOP and BOTTOM layers of the single board, the high-frequency signal should be routed between the two planar layers.
